When it rings, the iPhone’s touchscreen appears to be delayed for 10 seconds, leaving users unable to tap the virtual buttons they need to answer the call.
“Whenever I receive an incoming call on iPhone X, the ring will ring, but it will not show up until 6 to 8 seconds,” One user said on Apple’s support page.
Hundreds of other users posted similar complaints on Apple’s forums, showing they also had the same problem.
“I often can not see the call, can only hear the ring-tones, here are other significant delays,” wrote another post.
Apple said it is “investigating these complaints.”
This call flaw may not have much influence on iPhone X sales. But obviously it’s not what everyone want to see in a premium smart phone. It also shows that Apple rumored to stabilize on IOS 12 will be a good time though it is not necessarily a software issue and there has been more and more pushing Apple’s reliability over months.
Whatever it is, we still have good expectations for iPhone X.
And also we want to introduce our iPhone X case for you if you need one.
